Welcome to my website! I am a postdoctoral fellow at Boston University where I work with Drs. Todd Farchione and Michael Otto. In 2024, I earned my PhD from Northwestern University where I worked with Dr. Rick Zinbarg.  My research explores the development of internalizing problems, such as anxiety and depression, the potential of mindfulness strategies to prevent their onset, and approaches to treating them in a cost-effective and scalable way. I am also interested in ways that hierarchical models of psychopathology (e.g., the Hierarchical Taxonomy of Psychopathology) can be used to improve inference in clinical research.
